Two Michelin-starred restaurant Aquavit, led by Chef Emma Bengtsson, is known for its exquisite seasonal Nordic cuisine. A Lunch, Tasting Menu and Chef’s Tasting Menu are offered with dishes such as Herring with cheese and potatoes, Shrimp Toast Skagen, Icelandic Cod Schnitzel with string beans and horseradish, Swedish Meatballs with potato, lingonberries and pickled cucumber. For dessert, there is Princess Cake with whipped cream, raspberry and marzipan.
