Casa Taqueria is slightly off to the beaten path, but that does not mean it should be ignored. You will find it on Gold Street in the Financial District. The first thing that stands out is the restaurant itself with tall ceilings, shiny counters and friendly service to boot. The other is the tacos. There is assortment ranging from Carne Asada with grilled steak, onions and cilantro to Al Pastor with adobe marinated roast pork and fresh pineapple, and Pan Seared Fish with a chipotle aioli. Other offerings include burritos, tortas, quesadillas, guacamole & chips, and churros for dessert. Everything we tried was big on flavor.
