From the outside, Chopstix looks like every other Chinese takeout joint, but the food is worth exploring. Maybe it's the plump pork dumplings which arrived in a bamboo steamer that looked as if they had just been made fresh and tasted equally as good. Spicy fried jumbo shrimp with a crisp, thin coating came topped with fried onions, scallions and thick slices of jalapeno. Another dish, "Shaker Beef," packed plenty of heat. The well-seasoned beef arrived on a bed of fresh vegetables, including asparagus, zucchini, red peppers and carrots with red and green chilies. Chopstix also offers classic Chinese dishes like General Tso's chicken, pork lo mein, spare ribs and egg foo young. Lighter "spa" dishes are also available. We found service to be prompt and courteous during our visit.
