Ice & Vice is operating its "I Scream" stand in Times Square offering soft serve and scoops with a variety of designer cones, including a pink one with a pink chocolate shell for charity. Scooped flavors range from Concord Grape Lavender, "Milk and Honey" (toasted milk, sea salt and chocolate ganache), and the "Full Scoop" (malted vanilla with a salted caramel swirl). We tried "Justice Is Sweet," a luscious mix of chocolate with a peanut butter Szechuan shell. Sundaes include the "No Border" made with Mexican chocolate and brownie chunks, and "No Means No" with raspberry rose lemonade and a balsamic vinegar reduction. Soft serve brings flavors like Mexican Vanilla and Black Lava Sea Salt. So, chill out in Times Square. Single scoop cones cost five bucks, more if you opt for a fancy cone and toppings.
