Le Jardinier, the Michelin-Starred restaurant from Chef Alain Verzeroli and The Bastion Collection, in Midtown East is known for its lush setting and seasonal menu made with sustainable ingredients and fresh herbs. The light-filled space with lots of greenery is meant to evoke the serenity of a modern greenhouse. The kitchen is led by Verzeroli, the restaurants culinary director, as well as Adrew Ayala, the Chef de Cuisine and Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone.
