Cititour Review:

Miss Korea BBQ is a sprawling three-story restaurant in K-Town where meats are grilled table-side.  The three sybolizing "Jin" the first, "Sun" the second, and "Mee" the third.

The first thing you will notice are condiments quickly filling up the table; small bowls of things like spicy kimchi, sautéed bean sprouts, sour pickles spiked with jalapeños, and the tiniest deep-fried anchovies, shimmering blue, and offering a bit of crunch in every delicious salty bite.   This is how most traditional meals begin and Miss Korea does it right.

The menu here isn't very big on appetizers.  You can probably count them on one hand.  But the pan-fried dumplings are worthy of a nod, maybe even two nods.  These crunchy pockets filled with juicy bits of pork and beef are fabulous.  Share them or get an order for yourself.

The main event are the meats.   These choice cuts can easily cut into your wallet.  Prices start at around $30 per selection.  We chose two types; ribeye and pork belly.  I am usually a pork fan, but, in the case, the well-marbled beef which is marinated in a clay pot for 48 hours and then cooked on a cast skillet.  You will want to savor every beefy bite.  Short ribs, tongue and brisket are also available, along with duck, chicken, lobster and shrimp.   You won't want to miss it.
