Pig Beach will have you squealing with delight. First off, the space is outrageously comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating, multiple bars and lots of flickering lights. Then comes the food, including fall-off-the-bone, honey-glazed baby back ribs that make the trip all worthwhile. There's pork shoulder drizzled with hatch vinegar sauce and a signature rub, tri-tip charred with garlic & rosemary, and smoked turkey with black pepper & herbs. Other specials include the "Pig Beach Burger" that you can have with multiple patties or go whole hog and top it with pulled pork. Karl Ehmer hot dogs and smoked chicken wings are also sold, along with Yankee Red Hot Sausage stuffed with provolone and hot cherry peppers.
