After a stint at Blue Hill, Chef Kevin Chen is now manning the kitchen at Red Paper Clip on Christopher Street in Greenwich Village. After beginning his career as a pastry chef at One If By Land, Chef Chen landed at Blue Hill where he turned his attention to the savory side. At Red Paper Clip, you will find dishes like Oysters served with a yuzukosho mignonette, Tuna Tataki with black garlic & leek, XLB Agnolotti with pork & truffle (quite delicious) and Lobster with scallion, ginger and chili. Beer, wine and cocktails, like the GG's Negroni (Svol, Matthiason Vermouth, red) are offered. The space has a nice bar up front and table seating in the back. >>
