Neapolitan pizza in a flash. That's the idea behind Simó, a fast-casual pizza spot in the Meatpacking District. Diners order at the counter and the pies are delivered within minutes to several large marble-top tables. The pies include a Margherita with fresh mozzarella, basil and olive oil; Diavolo with mozzarella di bufalo and spicy soppressata; Acciughe e Olive Nere with gaeta olives and anchovy; and Cacio e Pepe, a white pie topped with mozzarella, pecorino and black pepper. All pies are in the $9 to $10 dollar range. Italian beer is also available.
