I was always taught never to smash a burger. That it causes the meat to dry out. But somehow Smashburger has managed to keep the juices in. The 100% Angus beef burger is seared and seasoned to order. It comes stacked with cheese, lettuce, red onion, tomato, pickles and special sauce. You can also add a side of haystack onions or seasoned fries. Salads and chicken sandwiches, including an avocado club, are also available. Smashburger also sells hand-spun shakes in flavors like chocolate Oreo, salted caramel and Butterfinger. On our visit, we found the place to be spotless with friendly and helpful service. - Thomas Rafael
