Michelin Star Chef Massimo Sola is expanding his pasta empire with Sola Lab in the Financial District. The centerpiece of the space is one long sharing table with additional counter seating on the side. The menu features an assortment of pastas, like Spaghetti Cacio Pepe with pecorino cheese fondue and black pepper, Lasagna all Bolognese, and Cavatelli Salsiccia e Cavolo Nero made with Italian sausage, kale, and mascarpone. Two pastas of the day are also offered, along with antipasti, salads and desserts, including Panna Cotta with red berries jam and an almond crumble.
