With locations already boasting countless fans in the East Village and Midtown, Chace Restaurant Group is opening their first Spot Dessert Bar outside of Manhattan in Queens. Located on the north side of One Fulton Square, a state of the art mixed-use development in Flushing, Spot is joined by a smorgasbord of authentic and exciting eats from across Asia.
Fans of Spot are familiar with the winding lines that file from the restaurants nearly every night--patrons are accustomed to waiting over an hour on weekends to get their hands on Spot’s signature desserts. Spot upgrades the standard bakery-counter experience by turning dessert into a full sit-down experience. Take a seat and enjoy a menu filled with traditional pastries, desserts, Misugaru Soft Serve and teas re-imagined with Asian influences alongside a myriad of macaroons. The dessert-only restaurant features ‘tapas sets’ for sharing, dessert entrees and an omakase option for a multi-course meal. Spot’s Flushing location is outfitted in reclaimed wood planks, white tiles, black and white photography from the original Spot, modern light installations and a collection of two- and four-top tables. Guests can order a la carte from tables or take sweets to-go from a glass pastry counter. Plus, an open kitchen allows patrons to watch as Spot’s accomplished pastry chefs craft each dessert to order.
