Taco DUMBO, the surf-themed taco joint, now has a location on Sixth Avenue in the Garment District. The place is a magnet for young people dining on trays of mini tacos while sipping cold-pressed juice margaritas and bansai mai tai cocktails (which are wonderful). The tacos come with tasty fillings like rotisserie chicken "tinga" with grapefruit pickled onions, tamarind-braised short rib, chorizo and spicy tuna "nori."
