The Richmond, a New American bistro, is offering artisanal cocktails and craft beers at this stylish spot on Bay Street in Staten Island. The restaurant, with custom-made Bauhaus-style leather seating and wooden block tabletops, seats 60 with an additional outdoor patio. Plates for sharing include Hot Cherry St. Louis Pork Ribs, Pierogies & Kielbasa, and Spicy Short Rib Steam Buns. Soups, salads and two types of mac n cheese are also offered. Larger plates include Belgian-style mussels, steak au poivre, roasted Alaskan wild caught salmon, and The Richmond Burger; a double patty of American wagyu beef with melted sharp cheddar.
