An Italian classic comes alive at Tommy Lasagna in Gramercy Park. Located in a chic subterranean setting with an open kitchen, all of Tommy's pastas and mozzarella are made fresh on site, and the lasagna comes in eight different varieties. There is Nonna's, what you might expect to see coming out of grandma's kitchen, along with a lamb version and spicy sausage. You will even find a green market lasagna made with seasonal vegetables from Union Square market. But there's a lot more than just lasagna at Tommy's. You will also find panko crusted shrimp, Osso Bucco and short ribs on the menu. Classic cocktails (like the Daiquiri Milano and Blood Orange Margarita) are also available along with a lengthy wine list. The emphasis is on Italy of course! -Thomas Rafael
