Tres Carnes, or three meats, stands for smoked brisket, smoked chicken and smoked pork shoulder. Add rice (green or yellow), beans (black or pinto) and your choice of salsa and you've got a humongous burrito ready to dive into. Guac is extra, but worth the investment.
