TsuruTonTan Udon Noodle Brasserie now has a Midtown location about a block from Rockefeller Center. The modern bi-level space features sculptured walls with counter seating along the side and back with several large sharing tables for groups. All of the udon is freshly made in house with flour imported from Japan. The dashi broth is made from aromatic bonita flakes and savory kombu kelp in an effort to provide an authentic Japanese experience. Other menu items include Spicy Tuna Tartare Cones, Spicy Mentaiko Caviar Udon, and Katsu Curry with Pork Cutlet.
