A popular upper West Side restaurant specializing in Cuban and Dominican dishes. Lots of rice and beans and fried empanadas. Shrimp dishes line the menu and they also serve an excellent shell steak. The margaritas pack a punch and the complimentary shot of tequila will put you over the top. If not, head to the Dive Bar a few doors away. Friendly atmosphere and outdoor seating in warmer weather.
