The dinner menu boasts traditional dishes like Risotto ($18) with pioppini mushrooms and white truffle oil; Ravioli ($17) stuffed with stracchino fonduta and bottarga sea urchin in a scrambled egg stuffed cocoa pasta; and Coniglio ($26), wine-braised rabbit served with rasberry red radish and carrots. Falai is also known for its Gnudi ($16), small spinach and ricotta dumplings cooked in brown butter. For dessert, try the chocolate brioche or a passion fruit souffle.
