Hanco's is a destination spot in Brooklyn's Boerum Hill for authentic Vietnamese sandwiches. The "Classic" is a must-try. Served on a toasted French baguette, it's filled with roasted pork, Vietnamese ham, crisp cucumber slices, pickled carrots, daikon radish and topped with freshly chopped cilantro. Sandwiches are served mild to spicy. You'll savor every bite. The shrimp summer rolls, with a peanut hoison dipping sauce, are also worth trying.
