Sushi so fresh - it's alive!.
That's just part of the excitement surrounding Sushi Samba with its ultra-modern decor and some of the most interesting food New York City
can dish up.
We started with the deep fried tiny Japanese crabs that crunched when you ate 'em. Yum! The grilled jumbo prawns appetizer was also great.
But we stayed away from the
live lobster sushi, opting instead for something that wasn't still moving.
The lobster ceviche with papaya fit the bill, but if you want a more traditional ceviche go with the fluke. The crispy soft shell crab melts in your mouth and left us wanting more.
No room desert this time around.. maybe next time. Reservations a must and you may still have to wait. Major credit cards accepted. Good service.
