Summary:
Celebrity chef Todd English has done it again, creating an exemplary European-style food hall that is fit for the Plaza. The 5,400 square foot space, located on the hotel's lower level, includes numerous dining options. A raw bar offers the freshest seafood. There's also a sushi bar, a grill for burgers and sliders, flatbread pizzas, and a station for homemade pastas. Gourmet chocolates are offered alongside fresh pastries in the bakery. You will also find handmade cheeses and charcuterie. Surprisingly, prices here are not out of reach.
Todd English and guest chefs can also be found offering cooking demonstrations along with wine tastings. There's even sausage making. Let's just say if you can imagine it, you'll find it at The Plaza Food Hall. - Thomas Rafael
