Arvine is a new 70-seat restaurant at 19 Greenwich Avenue offering seasonally driven American cuisine in a casually sophisticated West Village setting. Led by Adrien Falcon—whose background includes Bouley and Keith McNally restaurants—and Chef Joe Anthony, formerly of Gabriel Kreuther, Daniel, Union Square Café, The Modern, and The Moore in Miami, the restaurant focuses on approachable dishes made with peak-season ingredients. The menu features highlights like Grass-Fed Bison Tartare, Kombu-Baked Diver Scallops, Whole Wheat Fried Chicken, and Grandma’s Bolo’, along with cocktails such as The Aviary and Hemingway in Haiti. Desserts include Semolina & EVOO Cake, Honey-Roasted Orchard Fruits, and a Dark Chocolate, Miso & Coconut Milkshake. The restaurant was designed by Angelika Adams with exposed brick, polished concrete, and a glowing onyx bar.
