Butler bake shop, led by Michelin-starred pastry chef Ryan Butler, is bringing freshly prepared meals and treats to DUMBO. Located at 40 Water Street, Butler is open for breakfast and lunch. Menu items include the Breakfast Sandwich with fried egg, hand-cut smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and truffle aioli. There are herb & chili scones along with Sticky Date and Morning Glory muffins. Lunch brings a Turkey Club and Prosciutto & Melon sandwich. Coffee, teas and cold drinks are also available.
