FAUCHON has opened its New York City flagship on the northern edge of Bryant Park, unveiling a bakery, retail boutique, barista bar, café, and private dining room in partnership with Restaurant Associates. Founded in 1886, the Parisian maison brings its signature French craftsmanship to Manhattan with croissants, éclairs, macarons, artisan breads, and the iconic Bisou Bisou—all made daily in the on-site pastry lab led by Pastry Chef Victoria Mustaccio. Exclusive NYC creations include the NY Bisou Bisou and the NYC Big Apple, alongside menus from Executive Chef Mat Bednarczyk featuring dishes like Smoked Salmon with buckwheat blinis and a refined Lobster Roll on toasted brioche.
