In a part of town where good sushi restaurants are in short supply, Inaka fills the void quite nicely. The restaurant is impeccable with dark floors and sexy white leather banquettes and a full bar making it a great spot to meet up with friends or a date. Inaka serves bento box combo plates in the ten dollar range along with sushi and sushimi a la carte. A spicy blue crab California roll lived up its name, while a mango shrimp roll tasted ultra fresh. There are many other choices ranging from sea urchin and fatty tuna to yellowtail and Spanish mackerel. Chicken Teriyaki also makes for a nice meal served on a bed of freshly prepared vegetables. We stopped in for lunch, but I'm betting it would be a better night spot.
