Kings of Kobe is bringing luxe burgers and hot dogs made with all-natural American kobe beef to Hell's Kitchen. The restaurant is offering an assortment of hot dogs ranging from the Bahn Mine with marinated cucumbers, carrots, cilantro and Sriracha aioli to the All-Nighter with crispy bacon, onion marmalade, lemon zest and, bleu cheese dressing. There's also the King's Classic with sauerkraut, red onion and spicy mustard. Burgers have names like the King's Standard and Better Than Caesar. Another, called The Queen Rules, gets prosciutto, pepper jack, frisée and sweet chili jam. There's the Duke of Lux offering smoked gouda, and the Louis Louis topped with a sunny side up egg. Snacks include mac & cheese balls while sides bring huge onion rings and sweet potato tots. Beer, wine, shakes and sweet bubble teas are also available.
