Led by Head Chef Jason Lin, who brings more than 28 years of experience, the tasting unfolds at a refined counter with a daily-evolving menu driven by the freshest seasonal catch. The $118 dinner omakase features one appetizer and 15 courses, highlighting selections like madai sea bream, uni, chu-toro and o-toro, A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, unagi, and a toro hand roll. Guests can also opt for a $55 sake pairing with five curated pours designed to complement the progression of flavors.
