Kythira NP is chef Nicholas Poulmentis’s first restaurant, bringing a contemporary take on the flavors of his native Greek island to SoHo. At 32 Grand Street, the seafood-focused menu includes hamachi crudo, grilled whole fish and lobster pasta flambéed with Metaxa and ouzo, alongside black truffle tarama and goat cheese gnocchi with crab.
