Cititour Review:

Still relatively fresh from a trip to France, I can fairly say that Le Parisien conjures an accurate attitude of Parisian taste, cuisine, and decor.  Le Parisien  defines casual French dining with just the right amount of chic. Our waiter carried an authentic French accent, bustling around the tiny restaurant of no more than 20 tables at best. The ceiling was buckling slightly, but the cream colored walls with a unique smattering of French photos and posters.  Its arched floor-to-ceiling windows and doors whisking me whimsically back to a quaint French bistro.

The pri fixe brunch brought me anxiety in the best way possible- every item seductively called my name. Egg white omelette with salmon gravlax (my choice in the end), eggs benedict with ham and a creamy hollandaise sauce, French toast with warm baked apples and banana, frittatas galore; all sounded delicious. Le Parisien offers classic brunch items, including 'pomme frites', which were crisped to perfection and small enough to pinch in your fingertips for the most suitable bite.

The regular lunch and dinner menu lures you in as well with fresh fish options and some typical French starters such as French onion soup, covered in a gooey cheese crust.

Le Parisien is worth the trip if you live in the neighborhood. For $13.95 pri fixe brunch, it may just become your new go-to spot.
