Manila Social Club is home to the Golden Cristal Ube Donut handmade by Executive Chef and Co-owner, Bjorn De La Cruz. The donut is filled with an ube mousse, champagne jelly and covered in 24k gold leaf. The price is $100 per donut or $1,000 for a dozen. Manila Social Club has other noteworthy dishes including Spam fries with pickled mango sauce, garlic fried rice and duck adobo.
