Tucked beneath HOWOO and DubuHaus in Koreatown, Musaek is the third concept from Urimat Hospitality—a sleek, subterranean destination blending modern Korean coastal cuisine with one of NYC’s only all-clarified cocktail menus. Helmed by Executive Chef Lenny Moon, the seafood-driven menu features premium ingredients flown in from South Korea, with standout dishes like Jeju fluke sashimi, Shrimp Crackers, and Masan Monkfish Soup. At the bar, clarified cocktails crafted over 8–10 hours shine in artisan glassware with inventive garnishes.
