What began with Heavican baking bread after hours in rented Brooklyn pizza kitchens has grown into a neighborhood bakery known for its sourdough breads and impressive lineup of pastries, including cinnamon and chocolate croissants, cardamom buns, apple tarts, Danish and savory creations like za’atar and ham-and-cheddar croissants.
