About:
Ninth Ward has returned to its original East Village home at 180 Second Avenue, reviving the New Orleans bar and eatery that ran there from 2010 to 2016. Come for a Sazerac and a bowl of gumbo, with a fireplace for colder nights and a lush backyard garden when the weather cooperates. The laid-back spot is welcoming back former regulars while giving a new crowd a place to settle in and stay awhile.
