While more lively than the original Flatiron location, the restaurant maintains the same meticulous craftsmanship in every dish, with an entirely gluten-free food and beverage menu focused on flavor and technique. Designed by Japan’s Simplicity team, the space also serves as a showroom for Odo at Home, extending the brand’s aesthetic and cultural philosophy beyond the dining table and into everyday rituals.
