From the people who brought you Oceana and Molyvos comes Ousia, a Greek-inspired restaurant located in Via 57 West, a landmark building on the West Side Highway shaped like a pyramid. Executive Chef Carlos Carreto is turning out Mediterranean dishes like Poached Cod with avocado and baby kale, Grilled Octopus with a cherry tomato vinaigrette, and Colossal Tiger Prawns with a lemon olive oil emulsion. From the land comes Beef Short Ribs with crispy jalapeo and a thyme-honey Ouzo glaze, and a Filet Mignon Souvlaki with Ionian garlic sauce.
