Perched on the 63rd floor of 70 Pine Street, Saga is a Michelin two-star restaurant now led by executive chef Charlie Mitchell, the first Black chef in New York City to earn a Michelin star. Formerly of Eleven Madison Park and Clover Hill, Mitchell has introduced a new tasting menu that blends classical French technique with influences from his Detroit upbringing, his grandmother’s Southern cooking, and Japanese seafood traditions.
