Atto Prime Meat and Seafood
Atto Prime Meats and Seafood is more than just a steakhouse, featuring its own crudo bar and panoramic views of the Empire State Building from a penthouse terrace at The Tuscany Hotel in Murray Hill. Crudo preparations include Black Sea Bass with cilantro, jalapeno, olive oil and shichimi spices; Shrimp with cucumber, pico de gallo, avocado and red radish; and Atto Crudo with filet mignon, chef’s special truffle sauce, avocado, and crispy shallots. Executive Chef Rogelio Limon, who honed his grill skills at Peter Luger’s, has crafted a dinner menu that includes hefty cuts of USDA prime dry-aged beef (including a 45 oz Porterhouse for two), New York Veal Chop, French Rack of Lamb and the Atto Burger made with a proprietary dry-aged beef blend patty, Cheddar, jalapenos and caramelized onions. Chicken and sefood options, like Lobster Risotto, are also offered along with salads and vegetable options.
