Chef Marco Canora now has a fourth location of his popular broth company, Brodo, on the Upper West Side. The broth is simmered in small batches for 24 hours and comes in several varieties; chicken, beef, hearth and vegan seaweed + mushroom. The broth is served in paper cups and is meant to be sipped while on the go. The broths also serve as a the base for several beverage combos, including Deeply Rooted made with Hearth broth, ginger and fresh turmeric. This particular location is also featuring a first-of-a-kind tap system, dispensing hot and cold broth on demand. The backdrop for Brodo remains the belief that broth contains restorative properties.
