Ferris at the Made Hotel in Nomad is a 40-seat restaurant offering New American cuisine. Chef George Proechel, formerly of Eleven Madison Park, Blanca and Le Turtle, is heading up the kitchen. Look for snacks like Chips & Dip with chicharrones and chicken liver mousse; and blood sausage with grilled dates and toasted seeds. Appetizers range from Iberico pork collar with mushrooms and peppers in a black bean sauce to Okinawa sweet potato with pumpkin mustard and buttermilk.  Main dishes include lobster with pumpkin and whey; and Cote De Boeuf with all the fixings. Cocktails, by husband-and-wife mixologists Oertel and Natasha David (formerly of Death and Company and Maison Premiere) include names like The Ninth Petal made with gin, blanc vermouth, jasmine and mirabelle. The cozy dining room features a communal butcher's block table and chef's counter with eight seats.
