Hudson Yards Grill
Chef Michael Lomonaco is bringing a touch of casual sophistication to Hudson Yards. Lamonaco who has worked at such iconic establishments as 21, Windows on the World, Guastavino’s, and more recently Porter House Bar and Grill, is now at the helm of Hudson Yards Grill. The first thing you may notice is the welcoming staff, and the space itself with an open-air kitchen, large bar and curvy red banquettes. The food is classic steakhouse fare starting with Parker House Rolls, Jumbo Lump Crab with citrus salad, Fried Oysters with mustard remoulade, and Roasted Pork Belly. The menu is also big on beef. Think Center Cut Filet Mignon with truffled mashed potatoes, Prime Rib Eye with bone marrow & horse radish cream as well as a Dry Aged Prime NY Strip with a mushroom & onion sauté. Other dishes include Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Soft Shell Crab with roasted corn and avocado salsa, and an ML's Blend Aged Prime Beef Burger stacked high with bacon and cheddar. For dessert, there's South Carolina Coconut Cake and a Warm Flourless Chocolate Torte with vanilla ice cream. Who wouldn't like that!
