Hawaiian restaurants are tough to come by in New York City.  At Noreetuh, headed by Chef/Co-Owner Chung Chow (Per Se, Lincoln Restaurant), diners can expect playful Hawaiian dishes and a killer wine list featuring more than 250 bottles. The restaurant is offering a tasting menu featuring some of Chef Chow's favorite dishes. They include: 

- Trout Belly Sashimi with shiitake, cucumber and ponzu

- Pork Jowl Musubi with scallion and ginger

- Big-Eye Tuna Poke with macadamia nuts, pickled jalapenos and seaweed

- Truffle Wontons with ham hock, fiddlehead ferns and shaved truffles

- Imperial Wagyu with beef fat rice, pickled garlic and radish

- Black Sesame Cheesecake with house made whipped cream

The menu is priced at $65 with an optional wine pairing for an additional $50. Diners who wish to order a la carte, will find small plates like Red Tail Snapper Sashimi, Bone Marrow Bread Pudding with Pacific sea urchin and Kauai Shriimp grilled onigiri with garlic and butter. Other offerings include Pineapple Braised Pork Belly, Jonah Crab Fried Rice and Duck Leg Confit with five spice, almonds and apricots.
