P.S. Kitchen is a 100% plant-based restaurant in the heart of the Theater District that plans to donate all of its profits to charity. French-trained chef Gary Barawidan, the force behind the food, plans to use seasonal ingredients to create vegetable takes on things like chicken wings, burgers, pasta and more. Look for dishes like Orzo Alfredo inspired by fettucine alfredo with broccoli puree and sundried tomato-chili paste, and the P.S. Burger, a Beyond Meat patty on a Sullivan Street potato roll with house made queso and thousand island dressing. The restaurant itself is a modern space with exposed brick walls, marble tabletops, antique mirrors and a 9-seat white marble bar. For a list of charities the P.S.
