Poulet Sans TÍte at Left Bank
From the executive chef at Left Bank, Laurence Edelman, comes Poulet Sans Tête, a shop specializing in spit roasted chicken. The chicken can be purchased by the piece or a whole bird and comes with fixings like drippings potatoes, quick sautéed brussels sprouts and sautéed kale. Chicken pate and chicken & vegetable soup are also offered. For dessert, there is rotisserie pineapple, rice pudding and chocolate mousse.
