Raviolo is taking ravioli to a whole new level, serving them as Chinese-style dumplings, with chopsticks and all. They're available in an assortment of flavors including lasagna wrapped in tomato pasta and sprinkled with Parmesan, slow-roasted octopus in parsley pasta served with homemade pesto, and eggplant parmigiana wrapped in carrot pasta served with a whipped pecorino fondue. Buns are also offered including one made with roast pork, crunchy onions and a carbonara sauce. Pasta plates, specialty cocktails and bubbly drinks, including prosecco and sparkling wines, can also be found.
