Shanghai Cafe Deluxe has the best in the city.
While it would be easy to stop right there, there are plenty of other dishes that deserve a spotlight as well. Of course the soup dumplings - which, on any given night, are constantly being brought to tables around you - the place is constantly busy during meal times - are simply fantastic, with almost too-thin skins, savory broth bursting with pork fat (and crab essence, if you order the pork & crab ones), that are enhanced by a dash of the black vinegar. But there are also the delicious cold sesame noodles, which come in a giant portion meant for sharing, the stir fried rice cakes with pork and mustard greens (or any of the stir fried rice cake dishes, really)... Everything there is tasty.
There are also a number of very good drinks on the menu: hot almond milk, bubble teas of all kinds, and more. Give them a try - you will be happy you did.
