In a quest to find healthier food alternatives, Springbone Kitchen was born. And today it has quite the following. Founder Jordan Feldman describes himself as a nutrion geek who turned his attention to broths, free-range/grass-fed meats and organic vegetables. The restaurant serves its broth like other restaurants serve coffee. There are several varieties including classic beef, chicken and vegetable. The Chicken "Zoodle" Soup comes with ample amounts of meat and noodles made from zucchini strings. Other broths might be paired up with sweet potato, ginger or kimchi juice. All are packed with vitamins. Other offerings include a 100% grass fed burger, steak salad and grandma's chicken & rice. Springbone also offers smoothies, vegan soft serve and even bone broth popsicles in the summer months.
