Sushi By Bou at the Sanctuary Hotel
David Bouhadana is the force behind Sushi By Bou, a fast-casual omakase concept. This is Bouhadana's second location. The first is at Gansevoort Market in the Meatpacking District. The concept is pretty simple, $50 gets you about a dozen pieces of sushi, including Ikura, Toro, Salmon, Uni and Boton Shrimp. Bouhadana, who spent 20 years mastering his craft in the Kansai region of Japan, promises an authentic omakase experience. Just follow the graffiti-strewn entrance leading to this underground restaurant in the heart of Times Square.
