The Butcher's Daughter
The Butcher's Daughter expands to Brooklyn with a light and breezy location in Williamsburg. Founder Heather Tierney's knack for design pays off with a stunning space chock full of industrial and wood elements, including steel beams, concrete floors, wicker lamps and seating. The menu includes dishes like Beet Tartare with grapefruit, basil, pine nuts and honey goat cheese; Smashed Avocado Toast Bites; Angel Hair Carbonara made with spaghetti squash; and Cauliflower Pizza with market vegetables. There are cold-pressed juices, smoothies and sasonal cocktails, including The Tipsy Honey Bee made with mezcal, honey, grapefruit bitters and bee pollen. The Butcher's Daughter is also open for brunch.
