The Poni Room
Seafood is the star at The Poni Room, a subterranean space at Saxon + Parole in NoHo. Look for "under-the-sea" dishes like BBQ Oysters in a shrimp-chili paste, Chilled Prawns with nam chim cocktail sauce, Chilled Lobster lettuce wraps with pickled mango, and Uni toasts. From the land comes Crispy Pork Belly, Forever Crispy Wings and Guiness & Five Spice Braised Short Rib. An extensive rosé program and signature cocktails, including boozy slushies, are also available.
